Its layered construction combines a water-based painted decorative surface, MDF balance layers, a multilayer-board substrate, and MDF filling for stable everyday performance. A slim recessed outline adds visual definition while maintaining a simple, versatile appearance.The door leaf is available in an 81-3/4 in. height with 29-5/8 in., 31-5/8 in., and 33-5/8 in. width options. It is suitable for wall thicknesses from 3-3/4 in. to 5-3/8 in. Performance testing covers at least 100,000 opening and closing cycles, impact resistance, and structural stability. The product also meets an E1 formaldehyde release level of no more than 0.124 mg/m³. Hinge and hardware configurations may vary according to project requirements.
